About

Brian M. Smallheer received his education from Harrison Center for the Visual and Performing Arts, Polk Community College (Visual Arts), and University of South Florida (Theatre Design).

 

He is the resident Designer and Technical Director for Jobsite Theater, the resident theater company at the Straz Center in Tampa, FL. In addition to his work at Jobsite Theater, he is also the Technical Director and Designer for Tampa Preparatory School as well. When not working for with those companies, Brian is a freelance designer and technician and has worked with a variety of companies including HCC, Patel Conservatory, Hillsborough County Television, ESPN, Home Shopping Network, Tampa International Airport and Walt Disney Entertainment.

 

In his limited free time, Brian can normally be found pursuing his other intrests such as stand up paddleboarding, running, cycling, gardening, photography, being an all around geek,  as well as lounging around with his shop dog, Loki.
